Lois Bibbings [School of Law, University of Bristol]
Gender studies and conscientious objectors

Nicholas P.  Hiley [University of Kent]
War resisters and the secret state

Julian Putkowski [independent researcher and broadcaster]
Engagement, disengagement and resistance

The AGM will be preceded by a meeting of the SSLH Executive Committee,
from 11.30 - 12.50 hrs

ALL SOCIETY CONFERENCES ARE OPEN TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC AND NOT CONFINED
TO SOCIETY MEMBERS
